Fair & Transparent

Simple, modular pricing for schools of all sizes.

No per-student multipliers. Combine your school capacity band with the operational solutions you need. Switch cycles or currencies to find the plan that fits your budget.

Core Platform

Start with the billing band that matches your active student population.

The billing band is the base fee for running SchoolPlex at your school size. After that, you add only the operational solutions your team is ready to launch. That keeps the pricing conversation simple: band first, solutions second.

What the base fee does on the quote

The base fee is not an afterthought. It is the platform foundation for the selected school size, and it is always shown separately so teams can see what is core versus what is optional.

School operating foundation

Your billing band is the platform base fee that anchors the rest of your SchoolPlex quote.

Sized for active learners

Bands are grouped by student population so budget scales with school size, not guesswork.

Transparent commercial math

Estimated total on this page is billing band plus the prices of the solutions you activate.

Built for phased rollout

Start with one or two solutions now, then expand later without rebuilding the pricing model.

How to read the estimate

The quote builder below uses the same order the sales conversation should follow, so school leaders can review cost drivers without hunting for hidden conditions.

  • Select the currency your school wants to budget in.
  • Choose the billing cycle to compare cost per term, year, or month where configured.
  • Pick the billing band that matches the student volume you expect to support.
  • Add only the solutions you want live now, then review the total in the quote summary.
Estimator

Build your SchoolPlex estimate.

This quote builder uses the configured billing bands and solution prices already stored in the platform. If a currency or billing cycle is not shown yet, or a solution card says pricing is pending, that data still needs to be configured in central billing.

Services

Rollout services should stay visible, even when they are scoped later.

The implementation conversation is separate from the software estimate, but it should still be part of the page flow. That is why the pricing page keeps rollout services visible instead of burying them after the contract discussion starts.

Rollout Visibility

Commercial estimate first, scoped services second

Use the estimator to understand the recurring software total. Then talk to the SchoolPlex team about setup support, migration, training, or staged rollout assistance if your school needs a more guided implementation path.

FAQs

Questions teams ask before they approve the budget.

These answers focus on the mechanics of the quote so finance, operations, and school leadership can align before onboarding starts.

How is SchoolPlex pricing calculated?

The estimator follows one commercial rule: selected billing band base fee plus the price of each selected solution in the current currency and billing cycle.

Can I compare termly and annual pricing?

Yes. Use the billing cycle control to compare configured cycles. If a cycle is not visible yet, it means that cycle has not been configured in the current pricing data.

Can I switch currency on the pricing page?

Yes. The page supports multi-currency pricing. The currency switch only shows configured currencies, so additional currencies will appear as soon as pricing rows are added for them.

Do I have to buy every solution at once?

No. The page is designed for phased rollout. Select only the solutions your team is ready to operationalize now, then expand later.

Next Step

Use the estimate to start the rollout conversation with a real number in hand.

The quote builder helps you frame software cost quickly. If you already know the solutions you want live first, move straight into onboarding. If you need help mapping the right rollout sequence, contact sales and review the estimate together.

Build the estimate around the school size you actually expect to support. Compare available currencies and cycles from one page. Separate the platform base fee from solution expansion so procurement can see both clearly.
